The Pentair IntelliCenter Valve Expansion Module (522038Z) is the OEM expansion module for the IntelliCenter Control System, adding six additional actuator ports directly to the main load center.

This expansion module interfaces with mains voltage within the IntelliCenter load center. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician or certified pool technician. Do not install or handle this component without proper certification and with power to the load center fully disconnected.

The Valve Expansion Module integrates directly into the IntelliCenter main load center to increase the system’s valve actuator capacity by six ports. This allows pools and spas with complex plumbing configurations — multiple water features, solar, spillways, or multi-zone heating — to automate additional valves beyond the base system’s built-in actuator capacity. Each port drives a compatible Pentair valve actuator, enabling full automation control from the IntelliCenter interface.
