The Pentair Close Nipple (35202-0959) is the OEM replacement 1/4 in. close nipple for the Sta-Rite System 3 series pool and spa filters, spanning the SD (D.E.), Modular D.E. (SMD), Modular Media (SM), and Sand (SS) filter lines.

Specifications

This close nipple provides the threaded pipe connection point on Sta-Rite System 3 filter assemblies. A damaged or corroded nipple can cause leaks at the filter body connection — replacing it with the correct OEM part restores a leak-free seal at the specified thread size.
