The Pentair Feed Line O-Ring Kit (360268) is the OEM replacement O-ring set for the Pentair Racer and Racer LS automatic pool cleaners, keeping the feed line connection sealed and leak-free.

Always lubricate this O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant before installation. We carry the Pentair R172351 Lifeguard Silicone Lubricant — the OEM-matched product for Pentair equipment.

This kit replaces the O-ring(s) at the feed line on the Pentair Racer and Racer LS cleaners. A worn or damaged feed line O-ring allows air to enter the cleaner’s water supply, reducing suction and causing erratic movement or loss of drive. Replacing this O-ring restores a proper seal at the feed line connection.

Before installing this O-ring, clean the feed line fitting seat thoroughly to remove any debris or residue from the old O-ring. Apply a thin, even coat of Pentair R172351 Lifeguard Silicone Lubricant to the O-ring before seating it — this prevents tearing during installation and extends the seal’s service life. Never use petroleum-based lubricants, as they degrade rubber O-rings.
