Description

The Hayward Diffuser (SPX2600B) is the OEM replacement diffuser for Hayward Super Pump High Efficiency, Super Pump XE, and Super Pump VS pump models.

The diffuser directs water flow from the impeller into the pump volute, maintaining hydraulic efficiency within the wet end. Replacing a worn or cracked diffuser restores proper flow characteristics and helps prevent cavitation and pressure loss.

When servicing the wet end, inspect the diffuser O-ring at the same time. A diffuser in good condition paired with a compromised O-ring will still result in air ingestion and reduced flow. Replace both components together to fully restore pump performance.
